1 cup Buckwheat Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder (for the corn allergens – 1 teaspoon baking powder equals ¼ tsp. baking soda plus ½ tsp cream of tartar)
2 Tbsp. Sugar or 2 Tbsp honey or agave nectar
½ tsp. salt
1 egg beaten – or egg substitute
1 cup milk (any type is great) or for the milk allergens 1 cup apple juice is great and adds great flavor too!
2 Tbsp. melted butter, margarine, vegetable oil or coconut oil
Mix together and grill to perfection. I served these with fresh friut atop with agave nectar. Even my "normal food consuming" husband loved these!
